We are a couple travelling with our son. Is it possible to have an extra bed in our room?

Yes, when you’re travelling with a child (under 18 yrs.), we can easily arrange for an additional bed in your room. Please inform us before your arrival about any special needs. Note that 10.000 FCFA will be added to your invoice for this service.

Is it possible to get a written confirmation for VISA purposes?

Upon request, we will send you a signed and stamped confirmation of your reservation by email. Please inform us your full name and the dates for your stay.

How do I proceed if I want to extent my stay after my arrival?

Your initial booking will always be confirmed by mail. If youunexpectedlyneed to extend your stay, please contact the Management of the hotel for details, availability and confirmation.

We are two friends travelling together. Can we book a double room with 2 single beds?

All of our rooms are furnished with one queen size bed. If you prefer to sleep in the same room but in separate beds, we propose that you book our Suite or Apartmentwhere this optioncan be arranged.

I wasn’t able to pay my booking online. What do I do, and is my booking still confirmed?

Your booking stays unchanged if you have received confirmation by mail.  For your payment, you can always pay upon arrival. We accept VISA and Master card. For cash payments we accept FCFA (local currency), Euro and Dollar (subjected to the daily exchange rate).

Can I change money at your hotel?

We can change small amounts of Euros or Dollars. If you need to change larger sums, our personnel will gladly help indicate the nearest bank. Further, there are plenty of ATM around accepting VISA, including one right next to the hotel.

I have some spare time during my stay and would like to do some sightseeing and shopping. Can you help me arrange transportation?

Our staff is at your service and will help you arrange transport. Local taxis can be hired on hourly, half-day or daily basis. If you would like to hire your own car with or without driver, we are also happy to help you with the arrangement. Please note that all charges and negotiations are a matter between you and the provider.

Is the hotel located in a safe area?

Yes, the local area, called Haie Vive, is very safe concerning crime etc. You can walk out at night, but wecaution you not to be carelesswith your personal belongings.

Can I leave my personal belongings and values at your hotel?

All our rooms are equipped with a personal safe. We advise you to use the safe for your valuables. The hotel decline any responsibility for losses of valuables left unsafe in the room or on the hotel premises.

Are pets allowed in the hotel ?

No pets allowed.

Do you charge extra for use of the hotels facilities?

All of our facilities, except laundry service, are free of charge and reserved exclusively for our guests.

Is the hotel suited for people in wheelchairs/physical disabilities?

If you are in a wheelchair, we advise you to book a room on the ground floor in our Villa where access to the room is easier. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an escalator.

If you for any reasons have preferences regarding the floor level of your room, please let us know in advance and we will try to meet your requirements.
